Development of KPIs, Metrics Assessment and QFD of Alternative Designs

The aim of this task (Task 2.6) is to translate customer requirements into the appropriate technical requirements for LH2CRAFT development and production by applying a technique named Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The main research approach in this task is to collect the experts’ opinions through interviews and questionnaires developed based on the principle of House of Quality and develop a conceptual map that provides the means for inter-functional planning and communications. It is expected that this task can outline a) the potential for the largest possible commercial uptake and the shortest transition period to a zero-carbon fleet; b) the potential for standardisation; c) the market-readiness, and technical-economic justification.
