Facilitating Open Innovation and Knowledge Transfer at UPAT

In Task 11.4, University of Patras (UPAT) is taking the lead in coordinating the establishment of a cutting-edge Knowledge Hub (KHub) dedicated to LH2 technology. This initiative places a strong emphasis on fostering cross-sector collaboration and facilitating knowledge transfer among all partners, aiming to create an LH2 Knowledge Hub board for streamlined and effective coordination of activities.

UPAT is in a distinctive position to harness the wealth of research and technology expertise focused on H2 in the Patras region. We are committed to fostering internal collaboration with all university labs engaged in H2 manipulation across various projects, including initiatives like Clean Aviation. Simultaneously, we are reaching out to external organizations and industries to create a collaborative ecosystem.

The specific objectives of the KHub, both during and after the project, include (a) promoting upcoming events related to LH2 and (b) establishing secure connections with peers and experts. UPAT takes pride in leading the charge in this groundbreaking effort, dedicated to propelling efficient and sustainable technology research in alternative energy sources such as LH2.

This endeavour signifies our commitment to driving innovation and establishing a robust foundation for the future of energy technology research.
