This deliverable outlines the project’s approach to communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement. It establishes the framework for informing relevant target audiences—including technology providers, shipowners and operators, charterers, alternative fuel suppliers, port operators, policymakers, industry clusters, regulatory bodies, other stakeholders, and the wider public—about the project’s activities, progress, and results. It also defines the partners’ contribution to dissemination activities and supports the coordinated use of communication channels such as the project website, newsletters, public deliverables, and project events.
