In this phase of the project, we move from innovation to insight. Building on the KPIs defined in T2.5 and the data gathered through tasks T10.1, T10.2, and T10.3—alongside valuable contributions from WP8—TWI will carry out a comprehensive multi-criteria assessment of the Cargo Containment System (CCS) solutions developed. This evaluation goes beyond technical metrics: it brings together evidence from prototype testing, desktop studies, stakeholder interviews, questionnaires, workshops, seminars, and an in-depth literature review, enriched by beneficiaries’ expertise and lessons learned from relevant projects. At the heart of the process lies a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) -based model, guiding us in comparing solutions and identifying their relative levels of implementation difficulty. The result will be a holistic performance picture, ensuring that each CCS solution is not only innovative, but practical, effective, and ready to meet real-world challenges.
