Deliverable D6.1 – System Analysis of the CCS and Design of the Cryogenic Test Rig presents the system-level analysis of the LH2CRAFT Cargo Containment System, identifying its main subsystems, their interactions, functional dependencies, critical interfaces, and associated testing requirements. It also outlines the development of a cryogenic test rig intended to support the experimental evaluation of insulation systems under representative low-temperature conditions. The work covers requirements definition, concept assessment, detailed engineering design, and supporting thermal, structural, and thermo-structural analyses. The deliverable establishes the engineering baseline for the subsequent manufacture, assembly, and experimental validation of the test rig.
